Ingredients: almond meal (22%), zucchini (16%), free range eggs (36%), pumpkin seeds (5%), sunflower kernels (5%), linseeds (5%), sesame seeds (5%), poppy seeds (5%), sea salt.
Shelf life: 14 days. Can be frozen for up to three months. If freezing, best toasted from frozen.
